It manages the programs that run on Windows startup, and also usernames.

Startup Control Panel is a free application that has been designed so that the user themselves can administer and manage the programs that run on Windows startup.

From Startup Control Panel you can decide which programs continue to run on startup, which others are deleted, and those that are placed in reserve (in other words those that, for the moment, you don`t want to run on startup, but could do in the future).

From Startup Control Panel you can also manage all the data in the Register referring to each one of the usernames that are used in that PC.
